OURKNOT is currently provided as a Free Beta. Features, limits, designs, availability, and operating processes may change as the service is tested and improved.

No purchase is required for the authoring features currently offered during the Free Beta. These terms do not promise that every current feature will remain free or available permanently.

• Provide accurate account information and keep access to your email and account secure.
• Use only invitations you own or are authorized to manage.
• You are responsible for reviewing Draft and Published content before sharing a public link.
• Public links may be viewed and forwarded by people outside your intended guest list.

You retain the rights you already have in the text, images, and other content you submit. Using OURKNOT does not transfer ownership of that content to OURKNOT.

You are responsible for having permission to upload, publish, and share names, photographs, event details, guest content, and other material. Do not publish confidential information that is not appropriate for anyone with the invitation link to view.

You allow OURKNOT to process and display submitted content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

Invitation owners choose whether RSVP, Guestbook, and Guest Snap features are enabled. Owners are responsible for selecting appropriate form fields and explaining their guest-data practices where additional context is needed.

Guests must submit only information and photos they are permitted to share. Guest Snap files are uploaded to the invitation owner's connected Google Drive, and that owner is responsible for managing access to and removal of those Drive files.

• Do not use OURKNOT for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, infringing, or abusive activity.
• Do not upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, evade limits, or probe another user's data.
• Do not impersonate another person or publish personal information without an appropriate basis and permission.
• Do not use public forms for spam or automated submission abuse.

The Free Beta may contain errors or experience interruptions. Keep independent copies of important text and original media, and do not treat OURKNOT as the only record of guest responses or event information.

OURKNOT may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, maintain the service, or comply with applicable obligations.

Use of the service is also subject to the Privacy notice.

These terms may be revised as the Free Beta changes. The effective date at the top identifies the current published version.
